At Equus Burchelli Tours and Travel, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, cancellations can impact our ability to provide high-quality service to all of our guests. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Tour and Activity Bookings

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled start date of the tour or activity will receive a full refund, less any applicable processing fees.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 14 days prior to the scheduled start date will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date, as well as no-shows or early departures, will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Special Events and Custom Tours

Special events, custom tours, or bookings for large groups may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking or contact us for more information.

3. Refunds

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 1- 2 business days of receiving the cancellation request, using the original method of payment.

Refunds are subject to any applicable processing fees or cancellation charges as outlined in this policy.

4. Changes and Modifications

Changes or modifications to bookings, including rescheduling or altering the number of participants, may be accommodated subject to availability and our discretion. Additional charges may apply for changes made within 7 days of the scheduled start date.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours or activities without penalty. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify affected customers as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.
